I have been getting email saying my paypal has been comprised they try to disguise as paypal but I pinged the domain patchdelicate.com which is 23.202.231.169 and when I do an nslookup on that ip it comes back with a23-202-231-169.deploy.static.akamaitechnologies.com
This person has poisoned my DNS and could easily re-route any web address like a bank.com site, to a fake site, burning people BAD. Use the dig command on a non-existent sub domain name and the IP pops up. eg. dig notreal.google.com, an notreal points to that IP address when notreal doesn't exist at all. Be Careful...
